I built Sax Practice Lab because I know how frustrating it can be to want to get better but not know what to practice next.
After years of performing, teaching, and practicing saxophone, I realized that progress isn't about practicing everything. It's about practicing the right things in the right order—and understanding how they connect.
That's why this site exists.
